Photobooks 2026: Image Stories

Since 2015, Rencontres de la photographie en Gaspésie has been highlighting the photographic book, celebrated as a full-fledged artistic form. As a medium for creation, narration and dissemination, the photobook allows artists to develop a personal visual language and offer the public an intimate window into their world. For more than ten years the event has built a living collection of these works, presented each year to the Gabrielle-Bernard-Dubé Library to preserve and share this accessible cultural heritage.
